I bought the Doogee V Max Plus and it’s been nothing but a nightmare. The camera has been broken for four months and they still haven’t fixed it. During calls, people hear my voice twice like some cheap echo — ridiculous for a so-called “high-end” phone. Their customer service is a complete joke: slow, clueless, and useless. They just don’t care once they’ve got your money. This phone is a massive waste of time and money. Honestly, Doogee is one of the worst brands I’ve ever dealt with. Stay away unless you enjoy being ignored and scammed.

I bought the Doogee V Max Plus and I’m extremely disappointed with their technical support. It’s been four months since I reported an issue with the camera, and it’s still not fixed. On top of that, during calls, people hear my voice doubled, making conversations frustrating. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but the responses are slow, vague, and completely unhelpful. It’s unacceptable for a brand to release a high-end device and then completely ignore customers when problems arise. I truly regret buying this phone. Save yourself the trouble—avoid Doogee at all costs. I definitely do not recommend this brand.

Comprei o Doogee V Max Plus e estou extremamente dececionado com a assistência técnica. Há quatro meses que tenho um problema na câmara que continua por resolver. Além disso, durante chamadas, quem está do outro lado ouve a minha voz a dobrar, tornando a comunicação quase impossível. Já entrei em contacto com o suporte várias vezes, mas a resposta é sempre lenta, vaga e nada é resolvido. É inaceitável que uma marca lance um equipamento topo de gama e depois abandone os clientes quando surgem problemas. Sinto que fiz um péssimo investimento. Não recomendo esta marca a ninguém.

It is pretty sweet

As someone who just wants a phone that works, doesn't need to worry about it breaking, or running out of battery life for a good week. this has been awesome to use! my only small complaint is the programable button on the side being in the middle of the phone, accidentally activated it a few too many times. but nothing but a bit of muscle memory wont fix.
